I’m a wedding photographer known for my calm, considered approach and deep respect for genuine moments. I began my photographic journey while travelling abroad in 2003 and photographed my first wedding in 2007. What started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong craft. Over the years, my work has taken me across Europe, the United States, Mauritius, and throughout Africa.
With more than 700 weddings documented and over 15 years of experience behind me, I bring a quiet assurance to every celebration I photograph. A wedding also shaped my life in a deeply personal way. While photographing a friend’s wedding, I met my future wife — the maid of honour — in a moment that would ultimately change the course of my life. Today, we live in the wine valley of Somerset West with our three daughters and a lively household filled with animals and energy. I work with a documentary sensibility, blending gentle guidance with an unobtrusive presence. My imagery is heartfelt and timeless, created for couples who value authenticity, emotion, and refined editorial elegance. The result is a collection of photographs that preserve not only how a wedding looked, but how it truly felt.
