Wow, where do we begin with our highlights & memorable moments on the biggest day of our lives.
I would definitely begin with when my mom, bridesmaids and mom in-law prayed for me and washed my feet before I began this new chapter of my life with my soul mate and best friend.
The expression on my dad and bridesmaids faces when they saw me for the very first time in my wedding gown was a moment that I will cherish forever. Especially the fact that my Bridesmaids were my two older sisters, it was a moment that every family should share, a true blessing.
The most definitive moment though, was when I walked down the aisle and my soon to be husband stood there waiting for me..

Absolutely, we went to ''You & Me Maldives'' and it was spectacular.
It had the most beautiful scenery and was by far a really special place to be with your loved one.
After an awesome first week with my husband we spent some time in Dubai, a city that never sleeps and that in itself was a wonderful experience.

The lady that helped me was super friendly and it was a great expience.
That was as though the dress was meant to be mine.
I had 2 pairs of shoes, one for photo's and the ceremony and the other one for the reception and dancing.
Both pairs were super comfortable Anella shoes. I got my shoes from Catherine's in Stellenbosch, they were also extremely helpful in my quest to find the perfect shoes.
My make-up was done by Renee de Wit. What a stunner. She knew exactly what I wanted and understood what I meant from the start and the kind of look I was going for. My make-up was flawless and I felt like a super model.
My hair was done by Salome de Wet from LOOK salon in Cape Town. She is a very unique and lovely lady.
She went out of her way to make me happy with the perfect hairstyle to suit my dress and make-up.
She understood me from the start and knew what would look amazing.
I bought a few things from different stores. I went to shop around at Inner secerets and Bras & things.
My earings were very plain and elegant, but really did compliment my dress perfectly. I bought them at Calegra Bridal in Cape Town.

My bridal beauty regime wasn't very different to my everyday routine.
I continued with my daily regime and ate like I would normally eat. I didn't change anything for the wedding as I wanted to still be me and look like me on my special day.
I went for facials a few weeks before the wedding and had a manicure & pedicure done for the big day.
I wanted my flowers to be out of this world, as I love flowers. Liezl Kotze from Floral Art did the masterpieces for me :)
Our flowers was an ombre from white to pink which was absolutely stunning. We had glass candle pillars on our tables with white candles. It was very elegant and fitted in perfectly with the kind of feel we were going for, it was romantic,warm and just beautiful. NConcepts & Design did all our furniture and decor. We had a few lounges around when canapes were served, with different styles to make it modern and also to make our guests comfortable and for them to be able to sit,relax and take in all the beauty around them especially the magnificent landscape. Most of our furniture was neutral colours and here and there we added a floral pink couch. DJ Ricky did our music and lights on the night, he created an amazing vibe at all the key moments,it was an epic party.

The groom wore a Tiger of Sweden suit and the groomsmen wore black suits from Eurosuit.
The bridesmaids wore a soft gold shimmer coloured long formal dress. We bought the material from Elegant fabrics in Century City and had the dresses made in Schweizer-Reneke. The dressed were very elegant and they looked stunning on my two sisters.
Willie Viljoen at Cape Marriges was our marrige officer.
I was lucky enough to have 2 photographers, I wanted every moment to be captured. I love photo's and for me they are life long memories that can one day be pasted down to our children.
We had Migneon Marais from Pritti Migneon Marais Photographer from Cape Town and Anina Harmse from Mosselbay.
They were an awesome team and I got the most beautiful photo's, way more then I could ever have imagined.
White Motion Films was our videographer and it was really a pleasure to work with them. My video is stunning and my eyes tears up everytime I look at it.

My Brother in-law drove my dad and myself to Cavalli in a Porsche Cayenne.
My mom had a custom made white & silver bow made for the car, which was very special and quirky.
The food was provided by Cavalli Estate.. and it was beyond delicious.
Wades Cakes made our dessert and set the dessert table.. which was out of this world, not only did it look great,it tasted great.
The setting and presentation of the table and dessert setting was amazing and once again, exactly like we envisioned it to be.
