The Honeymoon

Yes, we went on an incredible honeymoon in Bali, Indonesia.

We did some traveling in and around Bali. The first few days of our honeymoon we stayed in a beautiful little bungalow on the island of Nusa Lembongan with an open-air shower and a view of the islands picture perfect seaweed farm. We explored the little island on the back of a scooter, filming everything with our go-pro mounted to the front of the bike. (just imagine the footage we got;))
One of the most remarkable moments of our stay on Lusa Lembongan was the absolutely incredible experience we had snorkeling in open waters with coral reefs as far as the eye could see. My husband even got to swim with a manta ray, that was awesome.

Our second part of the honeymoon we spent exploring the streets of Ubud and the Indonesian cultures. Werner allowed me to look for accommodation during our stay in Ubud. As you can only imagine, I went a little wild and found a gorgeous place named Suarti Boutique Village and everything was perfect, just like the pictures if not more amazing. Once again we rented a scooter and the exploring began. We visited the Tegalalang Rice terrace, the elephant cave named Goa Gajah, we walked over the Campuhan Ridge, we had full body massages (oh my goodness) and flower baths, more than you can think and many many more beautiful and interesting places.

Our honeymoon was definitely an amazing experience and I cannot wait to make more memories and visit more places with my husband.

A honeymoon is a definite MUST!!
