The 2 most memorable moments of our wedding day was definitely my new wedding ring and the song that was performed by one of the most talented women in Brackenfell as a surprise from my husband. It touched my heart in so many ways and even had some of the guests in tears!!! From the beginning of the wedding plans, me and hubby decided to only add wedding bands to my engagement ring as planned. Even the day we went to fit the rings, I had to look away as they want to see if the "bands fit perfectly". Less did I know about the surprise until the wedding day he put a complete new ring on my finger after our vows was said. The ring was absolutely stunning.
The song that was performed later in the night? I know my husband is really romantic, when after his speech I knew he turned our special day into a fairy tail. The women stood up with her guitar and started playing Christina Perry's most popular song, thousand years, in her own version. Absolutely stunning!!!
We got married at Hudson's Wedding Venue & Restaurant in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. On our wedding website we had accomodation options for our guests nearby our venue to choose from.
The groom's suit was dovegrey with a royal blue tie. Tan shoes. Suit bought from Euro Suits at Bride&Co
Groom'smen outfits was medium grey pants with white shirts and also blue ties. Also tan shoes. Clothes bought from Woolworths
Bridesmaids wore royal blue long evening dresses with dove grey heels.
