Magical Moments

My husband and I actually got married (legally) last year, 15th of June. But due to Covid we were unable to have our white traditional wedding. We were privileged to have our traditional wedding on the 4th of June 2021 - and what a blessing! It was such a perfect day - but my biggest highlight was that I got to marry my husband again, I got to say "yes' again! And should there ever be another million opportunities to marry him, I would still say "yes"!

The Honeymoon

Unfortunately we were unable able to go on honeymoon, again because of Covid. But also because between our legal wedding and traditional wedding we bought a house! Completely unplanned, but definitely a great decision! So we used our honeymoon money to buy our forever home - we believe it has been a good compromise!

My Special Day

I had been dreaming of my wedding day since I was a little girl! So of course I knew exactly what my dress would look like! I envisioned myself in a timeless, elegant garment. But upon fitting on some dresses, I clearly saw that what I had thought to wear on my wedding day is not necessarily timeless. I actually ended up choosing something I never thought I'd choose, an open-back, long sleeve wedding dress with minimal detail - and it was stunning! Timeless and elegant indeed! Everything else, like my shoes and jewelry were just as minimalistic as my dress, and I loved it! I felt like a queen!

The Venue

We got married at the marvelous, magnificent, mind-blowing, INIMITABLE VENUE. And besides their stunning venue, the people that work there are most definitely sent from heaven! They literally became like family! This made it so much easier when my actual family stayed over at the venue the night of the wedding, as they felt completely at home!

Wedding Elements

Going with our timeless theme, we incorporated this into our décor as well. Zavion Kotze captured this in every way possible! He and his team made our vision come to life! It was a romantic setting with minimal flowers and a lot of candles, everything looked gorgeous and it oozed elegance! To fill up the venue I rented lounge pockets from Reserved Exclusive Furniture - their products are of an extremely high quality and Chantelle, the owner, gave the most beautiful layout, completing the look for our special event!

My Groom And His Groomsmen

Groomsmen and Groom was dressed in Olive Green suits. My husband had a custom made green jacket to suit his cheeky personality. Smart Guy in Centurion was our service provider - nothing was ever too much for them!

Beautiful Bridesmaids

My bridesmaids was the only pop of color at the wedding, and boy did they pull it off! My idea for them was to do a confrontable, timeless, elegant look, and Jacqui from Jacqui's Designs brought that to life! My girls looked stunning, out of a magazine!

My Captured Moments

Infinity time Infinity Productions was our photographer, videographer and DJ - they were magnificent! They were extremely professional and made us all feel so confrontable. They truly rounded off the wedding - I will highly recommend them!

The Wedding Planner

Ivan at Inimitable Venue was our Coordinator during the day and Christo our Coordinator during the evening - my oh my were they astonishing! Everything they did, they did with so much love and passion. The whole team was just impeccable, i really do adore them!

Food & Cake

Andrew Draper - know that name! He is an absolute genius in the kitchen! His inventions are so unique, we loved everything he proposed and when it came to execution, he exceeded all our expectations!

Lorraine - La'Morraine Cakes made our wedding cake! I honestly still dream about this cake, it was beyond divine!
