We went on the most perfect honeymoon. We started our honeymoon in Tulbagh at La Bruyere Farm. There we stayed in the Moonrise Dome. We thereafter traveled to Melozhori Private Game Reserve, where we stayed in one of their Waterfall pods. After staying at the beautiful Melozhori, we traveled to Montague where we spent the remaining nights at The Whitehouse eco-cabin on the Montevue farm and also the breathtaking KumbuKumbu Lodge.
For my wedding, I wanted to look natural and simplistic.
My dress: I looked for something unexpected and out of the ordinary. I found this beautiful Alena Leena dress at The Wedding Boutique Cape Town.
My Hair: I wanted a soft, natural curl. My hair was done by Marnel Toerien.
My Make up: I wanted my make up to look natural. My make up was done by Marnel Toerien.
Accessories & Jewellery: The pieces worn was very minimalistic.

We got married at the stunning The Key Venue in Robertson.
My bridal regime mostly included exercising and eating a clean and healthy diet. I also included yoga in my daily routine, to help focus on my mental wellbeing.
Kweek Studio was hired to do all our flower arrangements. We had flowers on our arch, runner style flowers on our tables, Bouquets, boutonnieres and also confetti. They did a lovely job of capturing the romantic feel that we wanted to create for our wedding.
We also hired placemats, lawn games and blush napkins from Baie Goeters.
Goeters specialises in the utmost imaginative creations of beautiful décor and lights for weddings and events.
The groom wore a charcoal suit with a white shirt and black tie. All these items were bought at CSquared at Canal Walk. The groomsman wore black suits, white shirts and back ties. These were all items that they already owned.
My Bridesmaids wore blush pink long dresses that perfectly complimented the wedding colours. I bought the dresses at YDE Cape Town. My bridesmaids wore their own accessories to add their personal touch to their look.
We got married by my church the New Apostolic Church Durbanville.
Cilliers Visser Photography captured our beautiful wedding day. Cilliers and Esmari were the perfect photographers that organized all the group photos, made us feel extremely comfortable and added a great sense of humor to the day. They were honestly a pleasure to work with. Our videographers were Dataan Productions. They were very professional and also captured every moment perfectly.
The Key Venue has a wedding coordinator that coordinated they day.

Our food was prepared by Plum Kitchen and our wedding cake was made by Fika bake.
Sulit Design designed and printed all of our stationery. This included a Welcome Board, Seating Plan, Menu, Name cards and table numbers.
Our reception was one big dance party. We did not take any dance lessons, but we did practice quite a lot for our first dance. Southern Sound did our sound and lightning for our ceremony, pre-drinks and reception.
