How did your love story begin?

When I was in grade 9 I met the cutest guy at sporting event who kept throwing frisbees at me. I guess it worked and got my attention because now we have been dating for 8 years and I've never been happier. We have been through so many stages of life together and I cant wait to do the rest with him. He is the funniest person I know even when he should be serious but that is what makes him him and I'm forever grateful else I'd be super uptight, haha. I cant wait to finally get married this December, Eeeekkkkk!!!

Tell us all about the proposal.

We had gone to visit my parents in Jeffrey's bay, he asked if I wanted to go on a date to our favorite restaurant and I was so excited. Although I had no thoughts that he was going to propose as he swore it wasn't going to be that weekend. I decided to invite my mom and dad to come with us. Little did I know. Crazy thing is they knew and still said yes. We all went out and let's just say the mood for proposal wasn't there. My fiance told me after that he had given up on proposing that night. He asked me if I wanted to stay and have coffee after everyone left. We were sitting overlooking the ocean and having a cheesey conversation about how far our life had come and how happy we were with it. He then said he need the restroom, he got up and walked behind me but I could feel him still standing there. I turned around and there he was on one knee with the most beautiful ring and asked me to be his forever. It was the best day of my life yet.
