My highlight of our big day was walking down the isle & seeing my husband's face after he saw me the 1st time.
Yes, we had a local "minimoon" all around Port Elizabeth.
My hair was curls with a braid & beautiful hair pin from Lovisa.
My makeup I wanted very striking & dramatic.
My wedding dress was from Samantha Roelofse Bridal.
Lingerie was all from Woolworths.
My jewelery was all from Lovisa & American Swiss.
We got married at Maylamore Wedding Venue. Guests did not stay the night.
I had a face mask from Sorbet atleast once a month. I drank as much water to clear my skin as I could per day. I tried to work out atleast twice a week.
We wanted a very naturey feel so we had lots of greenery. Our colors were navy & burgundy. Decor & flowers were provided by the venue. Extra flowers were provided from Le Beautiful Events.
My groom had an all black look. Groomsmen wore black & white. All suits were from Peri's suits.

Photographer of the most amazing photos was Melanie van Huyssteen Lifestyle Photography. We used Amuse photobooths for our photobooth.
Our venue had a planner named Charlene.
Everyone used their own cars as transport.
Food & cake was prepared by our venue.
I designed & printed all stationery myself.
We took no dance lessons. Our Dj was DJ Chris. He really set a great vibe for the day. He did all sound & lighting.
