Magical Moments

From the very build up of the wedding week, everything was smooth sailing, we were both calm and collected. On the morning of the wedding, our Bridesmaids and Flower girls arrived and a surprise awaited each of them in a box, gowns and slippers and for the Bridesmaids champagne and champagne glasses. I received a beautiful hamper from my Bridesmaids and stunning roses and a gift from my hubby to be. Our photographer was great fun on the morning. We had a beautiful and blessed service in The Cathedral of St Michael and St George in Grahamstown (Makhanda). From our beautiful venue setting, to our fun-filled entrance, the amazing speeches and programme conducted by our Programme Director. Our catering was top class and we managed to take a few photographs after brunch in the Lowlander. We had our guest dancing, some taking photographs and others enjoy the dessert and wine tasting. From cutting our gorgeous 4 tier cake, to throwing the bouquet and garter, having my last dance with my brother and my first dance with my handsome groom to Major "Why I love you". It was a spectacular all round amazing, memorable and special day. We are truly blessed.

The Honeymoon

We will be going on honeymoon after Christmas, leaving on the 27th December 2021 on a 10 day trip to a Game Lodge, Cape Town, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

I had a rustic look, with wooden tables and a cream demask runner across the tables and a flower arrangement situated high up on a transparent glass vas, all roses and eucalyptus leaves. with cutlery and crockery, a wine glass and champagne glass with light pink pink and dusty blue napkins. We had fairy lights right across the top of all the tables, and we kept the curtains of the venue open to ensure enough light, was inside the venue.
