There were a lot of Highlights on our wedding. The Chapel, the food, our sparkle run, and the fact that all our guests enjoyed themselves. My most memorable moment was the chapel. Just before I entered the chapel my shoe broke, that was the quickest I have ever got rid of my shoes while walking, and the moment I saw my husband everything was perfect. And of course when the priest announced us MARRIED! Nothing could ruin the wedding. Our timing with the wedding were also perfect, as soon as we got back from honeymoon, the corovanuris hit SA and the lockdown began.
Knysna, in the best lodge they had! We did everything Knysna and Plettenberg had to offer. Best time of my life! As soon as we got back from our honeymoon it got extended with the lockdown at home.
I was going for my own look. The wedding was vintage, but I had my own ideas.
My dress was made by - Tracey's Bridal Gowns and everyone's hair and make-up were done by Dione Lifestyle.

We got married at Damarakloof and some of the guests (including us) stayed at the Guesthouse on the farm. We also got dressed there.
