We were both doing our second year at University. I was looking for a Res and he already got it in the same building. Decided to go back to him and tell him the mistake that I thought had happened and his answer was “ what’s with you is yours and what’s with me is mine” surprisingly I never really had the energy to argue with him, so I left. He then started hitting on me. At that point I was really not in a good space to be in a relationship had just lost a child and told I’d never have kids again in future. I had suffered “abruptio placenta” so I told him I wasn’t interested in a relationship and didn’t think I would ever be. His answer “ I will wait for you, in the meantime I will just be here anytime you need me” . We became good friends he got to know me and I got to know him better too. We spent a lot of time together until one day we kissed and I decided let’s try it and see where it takes us until today after 10 years we are getting married with two sons. He fell inlove with my personality and I fell inlove with his.
Me and my fiancé we are just ordinary people we never have money to do expensive things but I always appreciated the little things he does for me and the love he has for me.
