Yes we went on our honeymoon. We booked in at a beautiful guesthouse called Stephen's Guest House. It is a gorgeous venue with a magical little garden with rock features , a cute little pond and our room overlooked the ocean. The whole experience was very magical .
I knew from the start I wanted the whole theme of my wedding to be very forest and fairytale -esque and that meant I had to look the part too . My dress was rented at Jenny's Party Shop and Bridal Boutique, the dress was very Victorian inspired and cream in colour. My shoes were bought at Truworths and were a peachy gold colour.I had my hair done by a home stylist, Pasty , she curled my hair. I styled my own makeup. The finished look made me look and feel like a princess.
We got married at a beautiful venue called Palm Manor ,Umtentweni. We had the wedding ceremony in a open air, outdoor chapel. We had our reception inside but it also included a balcony where guest could mingle and enjoy refreshments . The venue also included a ocean view as well as a view of the Port Shepstone golf course.
