Magical Moments

The Highlight of our Wedding Day, would most definitely be the feeling of walking down the aisle. It’s such a Special Moment!! But all in all the whole day was so magical, felt like an absolute fairy tale...

Wedding Gallery

My Special Day

Hair and Make Up was done by Isma- from Beauty and the Brush- Centurion.

Wedding dress and Veil- Made by Wilma- who specializes in Wedding dresses, evening and oriental wear. She is based in Pretoria

Shoes- closed court shoe with a think high heal, in white. From Superbalist.

Garter and Cufflings- Made by my Mom- fine Lace was from Metro. They were beautiful!

Earings- Bought from Oriental City in Johannesburg (finding white earrings is near impossible- so we made them white!)

Perfume- VIP 212 original (my favourite!)- prezzie from the Hubby on the day :)

The Venue

We got Married in Naboomspruit at Tsekama Wedding Venue.

Most of our guests stayed at the venue itself- as the venue sleeps around 52 people.

We had a bonfire and braai the Friday night before, at the venue with close friends and family too.

My Bridal Beauty Regime

My Nails were done by, Isma- Beauty and the brush.

Full pedicure and foot massage- Sorbet Southdowns.

Teeth Whitening- Bright White, professional home kit.

Self Tan- Vita Liberata Tanning Mousse.

Wedding Elements

My Decor was very Green with pops of white roses, black candles, green wine bottles, wooden tables and plenty silver lanterns.

All decor was provided by the Venue itself. They were amazing!!

All my guests wore black.

My Groom And His Groomsmen

My Husband- Cameron and his best man both bought their suits at Oriental Plaza in Johannesburg. Cameron had Silent assassins on his Grooms team to help, who wore black as guests.

Cameron wore a black Polo shirt, his suit was charcoal in colour. He wore a black belt and black shoes. His tie and pocket square was black with white polka dots and he had the sweetest Mustache shaped, silver tie clip that he received as a gift from the mother of the Groom. His watch he received from Me as a gift on the day :)

Beautiful Bridesmaids

I only had a Maid of Honour, my sister in-law, Monique.

Her Dress was Emerald Green- from YDE. Her Jewellery was all from Lovisa :)

I also had Secret services- 3 of my closest friends, who helped with tasks along the way. They wore black as guests too.

The two Moms wore shades of Green.

Marriage Officer

Pastor Michael, from Bela- Bela.

My Captured Moments

Our Photographer made us feel so comfortable! Marika Wilkens Wedding and Lifestyle Photography.

The Wedding Planner

Our Wedding Venue did almost everything!! They really took a lot of pressure off me and I left a lot in their hands.

Food & Cake

Our food was a scrumptious buffet, made by Tsekama Wedding Venue and their staff.

Our Wedding cake was non traditional with a pyramid of Krispy Kreme, glazed donuts topped by a cutting cake made by Anastasia Manna from Filakia Eats.

Wedding Stationery

Most of our stationary was done by Glenda Viljoen from Penelope Dee. She did a lovely Job!!

Our table seating list was done on a mirror by the venue itself.

The name placings my mom did, on wooden chips :)

The Reception and Entertainment

Well.... Hubby didn’t want dance lessons... I am a dance teacher myself. We put together a fun dance compilation the week of the wedding! It was fantastic!

Our DJ was suggested by the venue.
