Getting ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight of the day.
The moment I will never forget is when I came into the church and Attie was standing in front and began to cry when he saw me, it was a very special moment.

I bought my dress from a girl who imported the dress, my shoes were bought at a local shop, my accessories were a gift from my stepmother-in-law, a pearl necklace and matching earrings.
Zakopane Wedding Venue in Brits North West, there were rooms for the guets who wanted to stay over, we also had a honeymoon suite for our wedding night
I did my eyebrows and lashes 2 days before my wedding my lashes were done at Vivior in Pretoria and my brows and my facial is done by Marisca du Plessis from La Di Da beauty salon in Brits.
I did a detox week before the wedding just to make sure I felt and looked my best.
My flowers were done by Werner Engelbrecht from The Floral Artist.
He also did the lights on the table.
He was an absolute pleasure to work with and went through so much trouble to make sure my flowers were amazing
The suits were bought at the China Mall, I gave Attie a wedding gift of cufflinks bought from Sterns.
My bring were purple infinity dresses from Bridezilla, their hair were straight besides my maid of honour she wore her hair curled. I had the girls look naturally elegant making sure they were comfortable in what they were wearing.

My photographer was Vicky van Zyl from Vicky van Zyl photography, she takes very light and natural photos.
We have a wedding video and we also had a photo booth for the day of the wedding, guests really enjoyed the photo booth.
We did not have a planner but the staff from the Zakopane venue helped with the co-ordination of the day.
We did not have wedding transport.
The food was prepared by the Zakopane venue.
Our wedding cake was baked by Marinda Viljoen our aunt.
We did not have any stationary
The reception was very light hearted and fun, we did take dance lessons at a local dance school and our DJ was Pieter Dirker we also had one of our friends who is in the band Die Anderkant who did a song especially for us.
