Magical Moments

Our wedding was based on the Beauty & The Beast theme.
From the wedding dress, to the decor and cake, our theme carried through, showing so much love and happiness we as a couple have.

The guests were treated to walking into the reception hall with "Be our guest" playing as well as whilst signing the register with theme based music and cutting the cake to "A tale as old as time".

we had a heartfelt wedding and guests complemented us on the genuineness they experienced of our love for each other and that the wedding was not a charade but true love and happiness.

The day was most magical and continued into the most breathtaking honeymoon.

It was a wedding that every little girl dreams of and the generosity of my husband, he gave me the wedding I always dreamed of as a little girl.

The Honeymoon

We were married on the Saturday and the Sunday we departed for the Maldives.

It was a surprise honeymoon, where my husband gave me a puzzle piece leading up to the big day to build and figure out where we were going.

The final two pieces were given to me during out couple photo shoot.

It was such a special moment and one I did not expect.

We were situated at the You & Me by Cocoon resort and it was a blissful way to enter into our married life together.

My Special Day

My wedding look was inspired by the classical look of Belle from Beauty & the Beast.

I had my hair in an up-style that made into a bun at the base of my neck. I also had gyp placed in my hair, in memory of my dad who passed away almost 2 years ago.
- My service provider was Joanie from Cutz Hair Crew in Jukskei Park. She is a magical person and made my ideas come to life.

My make-up was also classical and natural looking that enhanced my overall "princess" appearance.
- My service provider was Tami-James who is also an Aesthetic Specialist. She is a lifesaver who assisted me at the last minute when my original MUA did not work out.

My attire:
I had satin ballet pumps that my mom added lace to, giving them an enchanting look as well as satin ribbons to tie up my leg like a ballet dancer.

My lingerie was simple but classical including suspenders and satin stockings. As my dress had a built-in bra this was not necessary.

My jewelry was all sentimental. I had a pearl choker which belongs to my mother. it is exquisite and was a gift from my dad to her as a wedding gift. I also had a tanzanite ring which my parents gave to me as a 21st birthday gift.

To finish my look and smell breathtaking, I used DKNY Nectar love.
