This was truly the best day of my life! A dream come true. I got to marry my best friend, lover and soul mate. It was a very emotional day for us, a lot of tears and laughter. Some of the best moments include: the little gifts and letters from Craig throughout the morning; bubbles with my girls in the room while getting ready; my dad walking me down the aisle and his words of encouragement, having my sister, her hubby and nieces there after almost losing them a month before the wedding; reading our vows to each other; our first dance to celine Dion a new day has come; the speeches and how there wasn't a dry eye in the room; the stunning venue and flowers; the food; and ofcourse dancing the night away with our closest friends and family.
We decided we need the type of honeymoon where we can just relax; eat; see beautiful things and drink cocktails every day. We went to Mauritius, to a beautiful resort called Shandrani. Our highlights were definitely the food; visiting the Hindu temples; a prawn braai on the catamaran; and a couples yoga session followed by massages. We will definitely be visiting this beautiful island again.

We got married at the stunning Four seasons hotel, the westcliff in Johannesburg. The ceremony was under a marquee outside in the garden overlooking a sea of jacaranda trees. The reception was in the main hall filled with flowers, mirrors and chandeliers. Only family stayed over. We made it close enough so everyone could uber home safely.
