The Kiss! ah that moment of knowing he is mine, the moment knowing this day has finally arrived. Our first Dance where our eyes locked and did not part. Our Creative Shoot was amazing, it was the perfect time to just be alone and enjoy the moment together.
We are turning our Honeymoon into a familymoon with our best friends - my siblings and heading to… you guessed it, Orlando Florida for the real Disney experience.
My dress was made by renowned Mccarthy Wolff, who specialise in Bespoke gowns. I brought in a picture that I had saved on my phone since I was 16 years old and we went from there! No sooner than later I was being draped in gorgeous fabrics to see which style would suit me. We went fabric shopping together where I chose the main satin base and the overlaying lace. The outcome was a fairytale dream dress.

Since little I’ve always dreamed of a fairytale wedding and the Oyster Box was just the perfect fit. Especially with the option of having the ceremony in the Gazebo in the beautiful enchanted garden area. The Pearl room, where we had our reception, reminded me of a castle ballroom with its mirrored ceilings, chandeliers and elegant white linen. In addition to all this magic we were able to hire the Oyster Bar on the ground floor for two hours before the reception. Here our guests were taken care of with drinks and canapes’ while we went on our photography adventure. One of the highlights of having our wedding there is the very special, Ginny Einslick, the wedding planner at the Oyster Box. She was like a Fairy Godmother, nothing was too big of an ask and she managed to give us an absolutely smooth wedding day. The Oyster Box does offer discounted accommodation for wedding guests, however we didn’t make use of it as we kept our Netherland’s guests close to home and the rest of our guests were local.

I was in the Gym daily before, and a couple days earlier I had a lovely spray tan.
Finishing Touches was the company I called on for our wedding - I knew without a doubt Id be in the best hands ever.
I gave them the ideas of what I wanted and the ran with it. Simple elegant décor ( not to much) but Absolutely Vibrant Flowers. The whole idea was to walk into the room and be shocked at the exquisite Flowers. I do believe this was achieved.
My Husband wore a custom made suit made from the Tailor Shop. The Groomsmen wore elegant Suits that we hired in.
I Found a design that I loved that would match all body shapes. ( its always easier when its suitable for everyone and everyone is comfortable) I wanted something simple but very elegant. One strap straight lined in black. I just LOVE black
My Highschool Teacher which I studied under for many years is an officiant - so what an amazing opportunity it was to have him marry us.

I already had all my suppliers in place and idea, She was undoubtedly the fairy godmother that made it all work on the day.
I stayed over the night before with my mother at the hotel therefore we did not need transport

We had the most amazing DJ - he was just incredible,
Took all our requests and filtered them in, he was our MC as well which was amazing to have someone that knows what they are doing.
We did take some lessons before with Floor craft studio. we did quite a fancy dance which turned out so well
