For me the highlight was when we said our vows...it was the message of the Minister and getting married to my best friend, my confidante, my prayer warrior and the love of my life.
No we were unable to go because we had move out of our rental house a month before the wedding.
I am not a make up person....I literally don't even own a lipstick or lip gloss
We got married at The Ranch Chalets and Venue.They did my decor and food. Some of the guest did stay over. The groom and his groomsmen and cousins stayed at Geluksdam in Olifantshoek. (I chose Upington because the Upington is our nearest town)
Did not have one regime.

The groom also bought his suit at Bride and Co and their grooms mens wore shirts from Bride and Co.
Something flowey to flow around the curves. We also wanted something comfortable. The same for my wedding dress. Their dresses was design by Chantelle Bushby Bushby Glam in Johannesburg.

I did not have a wedding planner. Everything was planned by myself.
The people that did assist with coordination the day of the wedding was owners of the Ranch Chalets and Venue and my cousin Lorraine Jantjies. My colleague and dear friend Marilize Kramer designed my wedding invitations digitally.
Family was driving the wedding cars.

Printing company Tydloos in Kathu made the vinyl writing on my grandmothers mirror in memory of ny Father, my son Keanu and my grandmothers and grandfathers.
The reception was beautiful. My mom and Mother in law killing it on the dancing floor when we entered tbe reception are as husband and wife. Our guest was also on their feet dancing Brenda Fassies Vulindlela.
The Ranch Chalets and Venue supplied the lighting and sounds system and my husbands cousin was the DJ
No dance lessons were taken. We go with flow.
