It was a magical day! Everything was perfect and I felt like a princess. It was more beautiful than we could've imagined. I was very nervous but when I walked down in the church I couldn't wait to be with the man of my dreams forever.
Yes we did. We went to Wilderness, Plett and Knysna for a unforgetable honeymoon. We did so many things together such as feeding elephants and wolves. Even the Redberry Farm in George.
It was beautiful and very nice enjoying everything.
I went for a princess like dress but not too much bling but there needed to be lace and must be a little bit poofy. Hair just curly and darker makeup look. The shoes was a cream gold colour that fit in well with my wedding colours. My earrings was vertically longer and had a lot of bling on because the dress was not overpowering so I put on a nice longer earring.
We got married at Bella Montagna a venue between Bethelehem Freestate and Fouriesburg. Gorgeous view and venue. Yes guests stayed the night
Bella Montagna can accommodate 30 people the night of the wedding. The rooms are stunning and a Guesthouse on the premises are also available.
I went for a good facial a week before my wedding and tried to lose weight but it wasn't that easy. I got my nails and toenails done two days before the wedding. I also tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows and got them shaped.
I didn't want anything fancy or overdo things. I wanted lavenders and pink roses for each table and the church. It was rustic and elegant decor. Lanterns with oil lamps that burnt the whole night and a lot of candles. Above over the main table we hanged big round bulbs for lighting and each guest were given a wood box that we made by ourself with the wedding flowers in.
The lady at the venue made the food. It was delicious everybody was talking about how great the food were. The wedding cake came from Caramellos in Bloemfontein. It was a tripple chocolate moose cake.
I made the "Thank you" gifts myself and the fan with all the info on about what happens on the wedding day were made through a friend.
No dance lessons we learned ourselves and we did a great job. The DJ was a friend of our parents and is not a well known DJ. He is just s local DJ in town.
