I wore tear drop diamond earrings (American Swiss) and a small bracelet borrowed from a friend.
In Ellisras/Lephalale in the heart of the bushveld.
We got married in the OLD little Ebenhaeser church. And had our Reception in the ‘barn-like’ function hall right next to it on the same church grounds.
Most people lived in town, but family and few friends who came from far stayed at Machaucka Lodge, just across the street
I have always been into fitness, healthy eating and a good beauty routine, so I just kept it up.
Exercising 4 times a week, horse riding right throughout the week, kept my eating clean, and just stuck with my facial treatments.

Apart from my mom helping me every step of the way, I had 2 friends do the ‘on the day coordinating’ and Dream Weddings did all the coordinating during the week before the wedding!

(Dancing with John is like floating in the air, and it was one of the main reasons I fell in love with him!!!)
