The ceremony was my absolute highlight, to see my husband crying at the end of the aisle - the pure emotion and love surrounding that moment was so surreal.

Our first dance - it started off with the song Iris from Goo Goo Dolls and it then cut into a Psy trance song from Vini Vici - this is the moment the dance floor became crazy.

My hair and make up was done by the amazing Estelle Pretorius. I have very long thick hair, so opted for a half up half down look with a diamond head band. I wanted to accentuate my eyes - so I had false lashes with brown shimmery shades. My wedding dress is a Mori Lee design by Madeline Gardner-it was on sale for half price-WINNING!! My shoes were beautiful closed silk shoes but boy did they hurt towards the end of the day - I was in flip flops as soon as all the formalities were over. My jewellery and accessories i kept very simple. My garter had a blue ribbon to incorporate "something blue"

I opted for a rustic chic look, I absolutely adore Proteas and Fynbos so I wanted to include that element into the decor as much as possible. My decor was done by My Green Love Affair, they completely exceeded my expectations.
The Groom and Groomsmen all wore navy blue suits. The groom had is tailored in Dubai and the groomsmens' suits were hired from Mr Suit Hire.
I wanted a glam look for my bridesmaids. I bought rose gold dresses for them and had their hair styled in a 'hollywood glam' style.
Troy Goldie gave us the most memorable service. His sense of humor is just fabulous, all my guests commented on how amazing he was.

Wedding cake was done by my Mother in Law - I had a giant white cupcake with lots of little cupcakes for the guests to take home. Inside the cupcakes was a scrumptious red velvet centre.

We hired David from That DJ Guy - he created an incredible atmosphere and played to the crowd. The dance floor was never empty! I provided my guests with flip flops to use for their dancing feet.
