Getting married on the day of the Rugby World Cup definitely got the whole bridal party extra excited about this very special day. As sport enthusiasts we watched the game and had some snacks and champagne while the make up artists did their magic.
Dylan and I wrote letters to each other before the big day and read it just before heading to the venue. We both shed some tears and the words will forever be imprinted in my heart. The letter resides next to my bed as a constant reminder about my biggest blessing.
We are not very talented dancers but due to some Salsa lessons we were able to set the dance floor on fire. We had so much fun even though we were mediocre at best.
We spent 2 amazing weeks in the Philippines. Dylan was able to keep it a secret right until the end (airport check in) which is a miracle.
My very comfy, beautiful wedding dress was made by Valencia Harrison and was a boho inspired design.
My makeup and hair was done by the joyful and talented Marzanne. It was a natural look with some extra lashes.
My nails were a french fade with some amazing lace detail nail art done by Jolene Edwards

Dylan wore a navy suit (House of Monatic) which was tailored to fit him perfectly and the groomsmen wore grey suits (Euro suit).
They all wore white shirts and burgundy floral ties provided by Smitten.
The bridesmaids wore long flowy burgundy dresses from YDE and each one was wrapped differently at the top.
Coba (Coba Photography) made sure that we will forever remember the best day of our lives. She made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera while identifying the spots with the best light and background possible. She is incredible in her profession and guides you very well throughout the whole process. She also created a highlight video that sums up the day perfectly and still gets us emotional every time we look at it.
Two chefs catering ensured that our guests enjoyed tasty food from the harvest table to the mains to the all time favourite waffle station.
Cakes Hannah Bakes made the wedding cake which was exactly what we wanted and tasted as amazing as it looked.
U-one made sure he got the party started and kept the party going until the very end. He was awesome in reading the crowd and their communication up to the wedding day was spectacular. We were able to request songs as much as we wanted and was always greeted by a happy, dancing U-one.
