My husband and I were married on our 14th anniversary. We are high school sweethearts who waited a long time to be able to afford our beautiful wedding. The highlight of our wedding day was doing 'the first look' photo shoot before the ceremony. It was wonderful to have that time to just enjoy being with each other before the day became a blur of activity.
I designed my own dress and it was brought to life by the extremely talented Karen Kasdorf. My hair and make up was done by the highly recommended Makeup Alchemist @bianca_tmau. Bouquet and table arrangements by @prettybunches15. My shoes were custom made dance shoes from Shaftsbury Avenue.
We were married at the Midrand Presbyterian Church. It is a beautiful old church building.
