I loved my entire wedding day, I still get post wedding day blues thinking about it. But what stood out the most for me would be walking down the aisle and meeting my husband at the end. His speech was my absolute favorite and dancing with my daddy is what I will always remember ❤️

We went for a classic wedding style, we wanted to evoke timeless elegance. We weren’t looking for over the top trends and flashy details, opting instead for a perfectly coordinated aesthetic with decor that is chic and refined.
The brides hair was pulled back giving a classic look, and make up was natural.

We got married at the beautiful venue ; Inimitable, in muldersdrift.
Our wedding party and family as well as some friends stayed at the venue with us, and others stayed at accommodation close to the venue.
There was no particular regime, except for eating healthy and exercising as much as I always did.
Of course getting hair and nails done was a must :)
We went for a black and white themed wedding as it was what we always wanted. We also felt that we could look back in 40 years from now and everything would still be classic and beautiful because of the black and white.
Flowers were all white, and candles, vases etc, were all crystal, and some being black.
We went for floating light bulbs in the middle of the dance floor, which was provided by our venue
The groom and groomsmen wore suits by house of crouse - the groom had a double breasted all black suite with a white shirt and the groomsmen had all black suits with black shirts
The bridesmaids wore beautiful all black mermaid style dresses
Our marriage office was our pastor from our church
The amazing estilo photography captured our wedding and on air entertainment did our videography
We planned everything ourselves but had a coordinator on the day of the wedding, which was provided by our venue
We did not need transport, as we got done at the venue and had our ceremony and reception at the venue, we then stayed the night
The food was provided by in house caterers at the venue and our wedding cake was made by the talented Kelly Jayne cakes
Our stationery was made by lua nova
Our reception was so much fun :) we had a DJ (Marco the DJ)
