The most memorable moment of our wedding was when we went to my father in-law's house after saying our vows. This is very memorable to us because our father was not able to attend the wedding, so we took the wedding to him. It was very very emotional. Two weeks before the wedding our father got a stroke which affected his right side of the body , which paralyzed both his arm and leg. We where shattered, we prayed so much hoping that he would heal in time to see his son and daughter in-law walk down the aisle, something he was fighting for and always wanted to see. Hence we took the wedding to him, what a highlight and memorable moment.
The highlight is awesome, I arrived late at the wedding venue, called The View in Kibler Park where we pledged our vows to one another. I was so nervous when i got there cause i thought no one would be there. To my surprise more then expected people were there. Well my family was not there cause the did not want the wedding to happen, but guess what i tied the knot without them. My family which are my colleagues, friends, two sisters, baby brother and two cousins supported me all the way through the rough journey. Not forgetting the most important people in mu life who stood by me all the way, MY HUSBAND and TWO SONS. LOVE YOU GUYS AND THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Oh yes we did go on honeymoon. it was the best surprise from my husband. All i knew was that we were broke and not going anywhere. We went Durban and stayed at the blue waters hotel.
Our wedding theme was modern traditional with sneakers. My wedding dress was bought by my husband, according to his tradition that is what he should do.
The wedding dress was bought at the Marbella De Mariee bridal shop, at Multiflora Centre, vickers road and fig place, city deep Johannesburg. My dress was so beautiful,it was cream white in colour, its a ballgown dress had different layers which were not the same size. The dress has vest sleeves and is beaded on the upper part.
My shoes are also cream white in colour, medium heel and its an open toe, also from Marbella De Mariee.

Jewellery from Galaxy & Co, it was earings only.
Accessories a goat skin around my arm from my husbands family.
Hair and makeup was done by an awesome artist and her team called leightons beauty. They can be found on instagram and on this number 0721640571. My hair was burgundy in colour, pulled in front, tied at the back and curled. My makeup was kept very simple and natural, with a touch of gold on my nose, cheeks and breaking the natural with red lips. Thank you very much team for making me looking so beautiful for the first time, something i won't forget.

Our guests did not stay the night , they arrived on the morning of the wedding.
I had no bridal regime as i had no time because i had to plan the wedding on my own. I would have loved to have done all these things but i had to attend to the situation.
My decor was all white since its my husbands favorite colour, a ndebele traditional runner and red roses was added to add some brightness. We had white wooden tables with white wooden chairs, decor done by Maria who is new in the business, but i must say she did a good job.

The groom was wearing a burgundy suit with a white shirt, white blazer and white sneakers. His suit was made from the beginning, by Made 2 Measure Suits at C154, 1st floor Grand Bazaar, Oriental Plaza, Fordsburg, Johannesburg.
The groomsmen bought their suits from Town in Johannesburg at small street shops. They were wearing burgundy suits, white shirts and white sneakers.

Our marriage officer was my husbands uncle who is a priest. His name is Mr David Radebe.

Our photographer did a great job because he took pictures of the special moments , like when we were busy getting ready for the venue, singing and dancing. We had no photo booth.
No i did not have a planner to help me coordinate, i did everything on my own.
Well my husband used his car to transport his groomsmen, my stepdad transported me to the venue and my stepdad's friend transported my bridesmaids.
Food was prepared by my husbands family. We had two beautiful wedding cakes both prepared by two different people. the traditional cake was made by Lele who can be contacted on 0839744388. the western cake was made by Amber who stays in Randburg who can be contacted on 0823061990.
We had no stationary.
I don't really remember our reception, but different people are sending me different pictures just to remind me, and it was very very beautiful. I do remember that there were a lot of people. Me and my husband practiced on our own for the dance without a professional, but we could not show off our moves because of time. We had a Dj who played traditional music, RnB and house music.
