I wanted a tight and classic dress that compliments my body. I got my beautiful dress from De La Vida Bridal Couture. Makeup and hair were kept simple so that my dress could stand out.
We got married at Cradle Valley, Muldersdrift and some of the guests stayed the night at the venue guesthouse as well.

I am always on a "diet" therefore a month or two leading to my wedding I was more strict with what I eat. I went to the spa a day before the wedding.
My brief to the décor ladies was "dreamy"- I wanted a lot of flowers and candles. The décor was done by an in-house company at the wedding venue.
The groom wore a tailored to perfection classic bespoke tux and the groomsmen wore 3 piece suits. All suits were made by Suitability Bespoke Suits.

Our photographer was Jessica Notelo from Jessica Notelo Photography. Her workmanship is brilliant, she did such an amazing job.
We knew what we wanted right from the start. As such, we wanted to make sure everything is done to perfection. My husband and I planned our own wedding and the wedding venue delegated a coordinator for the day of the wedding.
We slept at the wedding venue and transport was not needed. everything was convenient
Food was prepared by the venue catering team and the cake was made by Kirsten Prout from Frosting Bakery.
Our stationery was done by Love & Sparkles in Cape Town.
We didn't want a rehearsed wedding and so, we didn't take any dancing lessons. We just free-styled and it was fun, we had a DJ from RSS Productions that did our sound and lighting.
