Just waking up to realise that the day was finally here, my son walking in before me with a board written "daddy here's your bride ". And finally after eight years becoming Mrs Omphile Boinamo.
Unfortunately we didn't go.
My wedding dress was magical done by MX Creations, I looked like a princess and felt like one. My hair was simple but very elegant, done by my neighbour who is also a brilliant hairdresser. My make up was radiant, done by an up coming student who learned from u-tube videos, my shoes were from Aldo, very elegant and comfortable. I didn't have jewellery on, and no fancy lingerie. I accessorised with red roses on my hair. My day was Blissful!
We got married in Zeerust a small near Mafikeng, at Avanti Guest house and Wedding Venue.
I went to the gym started in January and just kept on with my normal face treatment. I was so busy with my work and planning my wedding, I didn't get time to go for a spa treatment.
Our wedding colours were black, gold and a touch of ruby red, we had round and long tables with red and gold with a touch of black table clothes. Our centrepieces were red roses in a clear glass vase filled with water, we had a garden matrimonial ceremony, Our sound system and lighting was awesome provided by KJB Productions. in the hall we had candles and down light that glittered red and yellow. We had red roses all over the place. We wanted a feel of love and romance all over the place.
The groomsmen wore a two toned style suit, the jacket was ruby red and the trousers were black, with white shirts and black bow ties and black waist coats. They all looked so handsome. We bought it at China Mall
My bridesmaids wore black dresses with gold shoes. The dress was designed by MX Creations, and the shoes we bought at Mr Price.
We both go to the same church, so our Pastor Dr P Mbedzi officiated the ceremony.
Tee One Media did the photograpy and the Video, KJB Production were in charge of the pictures aswell. Yes we used the photo booth.
At the venue we were assigned a wedding planner to help with the décor, everything else I did with my family.
We were in the area so we did not require transport that much, so we just used our cars, the groomsmen and bridesmaid cars. It helped us cut costs.
Both of our family members came together and cooked, my cake was done by Theresa Maf town Cakes.
We didn't have stationery
We did not take dance lesson, we just practiced in advance, KJB Productions did our sound and lighting for the stage. we had a DJ and it was my birthday as well so we danced the night away.
