I loved my wedding day and every moment that took place that day. To my surprise I was actually calm and not on my nerves but what amazed me was how nervous my husband was. When I popped back home to get something I forgot, who was at home washing dishes all alone, my soon to be husband. That was when I realized this man is so nervous shocking as he is always the cool calm and collected one. .
When I think back on our wedding day I smile and I am so happy I got to enjoy my wedding, not everything was perfect but no one was wiser. Best memory that brings tears to my eyes was when I saw my brother on Skype.He lives in NZ and was unable to attend, but that he woke up 3am there time to watch me walk down the aisle meant the world to me.
We went away for a few days to the West Coast as I have never been that side. Was so lovely. We staid at Gouritz but was able to visit all the towns in the area. Garden Route is really beautiful.
My decor was more glitz and lighting as I am not really a floral lady and have very bad allergies so definitely didn't want puff eyes on my wedding day.
My decor was all about glitter, crystals and lights. Main colors was silver, black and a touch of red. I found a wonderful lady that was able to supply all our decor including our amazing table clothes that had crystals already in them.
Cheryldene Myburgh from Gonubie did my photos and she did such an amazing job. I was truly impressed as she kept every single picture of the day and was wonderful to see all the special moments we missed eg family and guests doing the photo booth.
No, only my amazing mother who was so supportive of what I wanted and helped me make my dream wedding become a realty.
