That moment when the minister said "you may kiss your husband/bride" Getting ready with my girls was very special for me, wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Another big moment was when we walked in as husband and wife after the photos and everyone cheering and being so happy for us. My father/daughter dance was also very special to me. There is actualy so many special moments its dificult to choose one. I think the whole day was just spectacular!
We went for a week, did a tour through the Garden Route. We did all the fun outdoor activities as we are both very keen outdoor enthusiasts. We spend some time in the nature and jus relaxed and had our first moments as husband and wife. It was awesome!
My wedding dress and shoes was vintage and make up and hair the natural messy look. We didn’t include to much jewelery as we were going for the “less is more” look. I was wearing pearl earrings and the pandora bracelet with the husband/wife charm that my husband gave me for a wedding gift.
We got married at D'Aria wedding function Durbanville. We were looking for a forest wedding together with a retro, still classy and formal reception and D’Aria ticked all the boxes.There are cottages you can stay on the farm if you dont wish to drive but many of our guests used Uber as its not far from home or out of town.
