Funny thing is we actually can't afford a honeymoon right now. We planned cape Town for new years and hopefully we can travel abroad in the new year
I went for the classic look wearing a traditional red saree. My interest was nothing blingy but everything subtle to give of the most perfect classic look. I matched jewelry accordingly.. Not having too much but having jus enough to brighten the look. My makeup artist Upasana.. Known as miss makeup durban on Instagram created my fairytale look. I didn't even have to tell her anything except that I wanted a glitter eye. My hair was a classic bun adding touches with a hair gajra to end my look. What I envisioned turned out absolutely perfect!
I was married at Tongaat town hall in the north coast in durban. I chose this venue as it could cater my number of guests. This is a municipality hall and accommodated my budget.
I really didn't follow anything. All I did was my normal gym routine. Swimming and zumba. I kept calm through all of it
I chose a simple and elegant decor. Sleeping ganeshas with cream draping and cerise lighting. My service provider was Samcat
The groom wore a traditional sherwani made in India according to what he likes and his style
Unfortunately with an Indian wedding there is no bridesmaids :)

My wedding car was a Mercedes and the grooms car was a BMW. Models don't make any difference :}
Samcat prepared our wedding briyani and sojee. Our wedding cake was made by my neighbor.. The taste was remarkable! For both!
