Our Story started at a music festival. We met through a mutual friend at the time who invited us both to the festival and we had a keen interest in each other from the beginning, he tried to get my attention throughout the event and obviously succeeded in his attempt, it took us 2 weeks of hanging out in a group to finally get together only the two of us and started dating a month later... the rest, as they say, is history.
After a long day of sight seeing in Port Edward we went for cocktails on Port Edward beach and my then boyfriend asked me to join him for a walk along the shore and on the rocks, so we did. as we got to where the wave were breaking on the rocks, he pulled out 2 shells on each other and said I needed to look at the shells he had picked up because he knows how much I love a pretty shell.
Inside the shells was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen and he asked me to do him the honers of becoming his wife and naturally I said yes.
after over 4 years of dating, it was about time he popped the question.
