The biggest Highlight of the entire day was marrying the man of my Dreams Tristan Pretorius
Because myself and Tristan have been together for 9 years our families knew each other extremely well and it made our wedding so Intimate and special.
We also had a memorial Tree for our family that is no longer with us, We have beautiful weather and the gardens at the venue were absolutely beautiful
The food was delicious and the speeches that were given by our loved ones were so special.
We went to Durban for our Honeymoon and stayed at Umhlanga Sands for one week.
We are planning to do a UK trip in 2019 as we have always wanted to go there together which we will make honeymoon part 2.
My hair was in a high classic bun, Makeup was done by Ana Pompa and we went for a gold glamour look.
My wedding dress was by Marbella de Mariee and was a mermaid style ivory dress.
My jewelry was given to me by a family member from overseas who attended the wedding
Silver and pearl drop earrings and a silver and pearl bracelet
We got Married at Monte Vista Wedding, Confrence and Dining in Krugersdorp
Our immediate family stayed at the venue and all our guests stayed at surrounding accommodation in Krugersdorp

I had 12 session of tan can to help me get a glowing tan, I had a facial, eyelash tinting , eyebrow shaping and pedicure done one week before the wedding.
I had my nails done the day before the wedding by Morgan’s Nail Bar
I felt extremely pampered and relaxed before the big day
I wanted to make most of my decor myself for the wedding day and I had a blast doing it,
Our gifts for our guests were lotto tickets in a glitter glass bottle with a tag on that said lucky Inlove, we had hand made gift boxes with love heart sweets in them for our guests as well.
My flowers were done by Pretty Bunches and they were absolutely perfect.
I had blue butterflies and a photo of my mother-in-law would had sadly passed away in my bouquet which was a special touch for us.
The venue offered us 90 % of all the additional decor which was a great help, they had our venue our colour which was mint green light up the venue in the evening and we had hot ice effect for our first dance which made us feel so magical
The Groom and Groomsmen had dark navy suits which they purchased from Zara, the Groom had a white tie with navy dots on it and the groomsmen had navy ties, all had brown shoes and brown belts
Our Ring Bearer was my baby Brother Logan who is 4yrs old, he wore a black suit with a champagne bow tie and carried a ring security box
Grooms cuff links for of his favorite football team Newcastle United
My bridesmaids wore Dusty Pink and White dressers which we purchased from YDE
They were long dressers that had a romantic flow to them and had a long slit on the one side
Our flower Girl who name is bailey she is 3 yrs old she wore a champagne color Princess dress( as she called it) with gold sandals and a flower crown in her hair
Our Marrige official was Deriek Wilson
Who had married some of our family members previously
We had an incredible Photographer Named George form GDG Photography.
He captured so many beautiful moments on our special day.
The venue gave a wedding coordinator who help us through the entire process

The venue has everything on the property, The chapel and the Reception so we didn’t need any special transport we just arrived at the venue on the morning of the wedding with my bridal party
The Food was all done by Monte Vista Venue
Our wedding cake was made by Kelly Jaynes Cake Boutique
And was two tier
Tier one was death by chocolate
Tier two was Vanilla Caramel Creme Brule
I did all of my own decorations, all my printing I got down at Minute man press,
I used glass bottles with glitter and glue to make our lotto ticket gifts for our guests
I hand made little black and white boxes filled with love sweets for our guests,
I bought candles in glass and purchased mint green lace separate to that and glue them in myself to incorporate our wedding colours
I made the Vases for the flowers also using the gold glitter and glue on vases that I purchased
The Venue supplied us with a DJ which was great so we didn’t have to out source someone
Because the DJ works at Monte Vista he controlled all the lighting and set the perfect mood for our reception.
