I am now living in the UK but wanted to be married in my Country. My then fiancée choose our wedding venue. A place we had visited together and loved. He is a staff captain on a cruise ship so of course we married on the beach. We landed up having the windiest day but loved our wedding day. Travelled far and the wind almost decided to blow us back across the sea, but my feet are firmly planted here. Guests also managed to stand firm and enjoy our special day
Not yet. Husband back on his 3 month stint on the ship. We will go on that adventure on his next break
Langebaan. Strandloper. Yes guests all found their own accommodation in various B&B s and hotels.
Wedding was on the beach. So apart from hiring an arch and my gran and aunt decorating it, we really didn't need to do anything else.
Groom and groomsmen wore Navy(of course) pants with white shirts and braces. All sourced in the UK
5 of them. All wore long chiffon dresses Navy with rose gold sequined tops in various styles
