My husband and I have been together for the past 9 years and tied the knot on 16 September 2017.
Of course, being from big families, we decided to dedicate an entire week in celebration of us getting married.
Started our week with the first function being a traditional future brides Mendhi Night (Application of henna), The Sangeet Night (Entertainment night), The Reception and lastly the Walimah (Post-marriage party).
Just like any bride-to-be, I was super nervous yet excited on every single day! One thing I can honestly say is that, Just when you think you couldn't love your other half anymore after 9 years.....
I truly know that I fell in love with my husband all over again through the planning of our wedding!
Words cannot explain the emotions so hopefully a few pictures can!
Thailand- Phuket and Bangkok
Our honeymoon lasted just over a week.
My wedding look in general was elegant and sophisticated and of course the statement piece being a custom made 6 metre veil.
My hair and makeup was done by my extremely talented glam squad.

Being an Interior Designer, I had total fun planning and exploring my creative side when it came to the décor especially designing the stage and having it custom built for me.
I knew I wanted something different and tried to incorporate all of my ideas with the help of an amazing wedding planner.
The whole ambiance was very romantic with shades of dusty pink and rose gold accents. Breathtaking floral geometric centrepieces and 'floral wave' stage structure.
The Groom wore a tailored light grey suit with charcoal silk accents.
I had the honour of being transported in an Audi R8 for the day and the Groom arrived in a Ferrari.
