It was the most romantic day of my life. Filled with loved - shared with our loved ones. It was everything I dreamed about and truly magnificent. Highlight moment was when we danced during our photo session while the videographers captured every moment in depth making the most magnificent video ever. That is exactly the word to describe our wedding day - magnificent.

Cabbage & Rose Country Venue, Middelburg, Mpumalanga. Guest stayed at Rustique boutique in Middelburg.
Tropical, leaves, sage, white and wood. The chapel was fully made of glass.
Groom was classic with a black suit, white shirt and brown accesories. Groomsmen wore grey, white and camel brown.
Macrame was the team of the bridesmaids dresses. Top was made out of thin rope and a flowy skirt. Rose gold accessories suited the team perfectly.

Juné Joubert was our photographer. She is just AMAZING, she makes you feel so comfortable and she is most beautiful person inside and out. She has a way of calming you and making you feel like you are the MOST important person in the world (and what bride does not want to feel like that).
Our Videograpghers was Duck Soup productions. Tedd and Walter was the perfect fit for our romantic vibe. They captured every moment with the sunset and made the most magnificent video ever. I have no more words, watch for yourself.

No. I did everything myself and of course with the help of my lovely bridesmaids. I gave it my personal touch.
We took the old fashioned way. My dad walked me from the venue to the chapel and we laughed and enjoyed the last few moments before a became Mrs Van Der Merwe.
Cabbagge & Rose prepared the food. Delicious it was indeed. Full of rich colors and flavors.
Wedding cake was a gift from one of my bridesmaids who started her own bakery. With 7 different cakes each one with its own unique setting, taste en decor. It was magnificent. Definitely a highlight on our wedding day.
