Walking down the isle with my grandfather and my dad was the most special feeling in the world, a memory that will be cherished for the rest of my life. To see your soon-to-be husband cry when you walk down the isle is a feeling that cannot be described in words.
For our first dance we chose Hero - Enrique Iglesias. Our wedding theme was black and white and had a touch of Batman. Our father & daughter dance was very special, I can still remember how tight my daddy was holding me.
We played games with our guests, for the garter the men had a dance-off competition. It was so fun to see the moves that came out on that dance floor. For the bouquet the girls had to fetch me a few things from across the floor, it was hilarious to see the girls run.
The most special feeling was looking at all our family and friends with my husband next to me, knowing that we have so many loved ones in our lives that care for us.
My husband and I spent our Honeymoon on the beautiful East Coast in Cintsa. We spent a few nights at the stunning Crawford Beach Lodge and then we headed to Buccaneers Lodge where we made new friends from across the world.
Our theme was black and white with crystals and a touch of Batman. My hair was done by my dearest mom, make-up was done by myself. My wedding dress was from Wedding Connexion Boksburg, my mom added the black lace with crystals. Shoes was from Bride&co, black heals with black crystals. I had handmade paper flowers for my bouquet done by Flowers Forever.
We got married at Heaven's Gate...the most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen! Beautiful nature with river flowing by...birds everywhere from pure white peacocks to pink flamingos. Staff were absolutely great and the food was 5star! It was certainly our piece of heaven on our special day...
Our photographers were the incredible Van Bower Studios. Absolutely the best!!
