My special highlights was the day of the wedding, seeing all my planning and effect getting realised just the way I visualised it. On the day I was a bit nervous and anxious for what could go wrong, but my family and friends supported me 100% and nothing went wrong. The morning of the wedding I was woken up by my bridesmaids and flower girls, the house was filled with family and friends all helping so that we can stay on schedule. The best part of my day was walking down the isle and seeing my husband waiting for me and having a packed church of family and friends to witness our marriage. We had a perfect sunshine day, and the evening we walked into our fair tale creation reception, our guest was happy and we danced the evening away.
We spend our honeymoon at the Sun City resort in the North West.
My wedding look was a natural but elegant.

We got married close to home, which was close enough for our guests to travel.
We got married at St Mary's Anglian Church in Kraaifontien.
Our Photos was taken at a Close by Wine Estate Hazendal, and the Reception was held at the Kraaifontien Town Hall.
I didn't really have a regime, I tried to eat health and maintain my weight.
I was going for a elegant fair tale look,my décor was completely white with a touch of baby pink and blue.
My hall was draped with white linen, with fair lights as a back drop and coming out of the roof. My guest tables centre pieces was hired from Function for Hire, it was a flat top crystal candelabra that had a pink pose bouquet on the top with candles.
Heine Jack was in charge of my lights, every few minutes the lights on the white linen reflected a different colour, and this give a lovely effect on the crystal centre pieces and candles.
The groom and groomsmen wore a pal blue suit with waist coats which was hired from Mr suit hire. The groom had a blue tie and groomsmen blue bows matching the bridesmaids to make them different to the groom.
My bridesmaid had on long blue dresses with some sliver blink, my look for the bridesmaids and flower girls was stylish and cute. I was going for a more pastel look as we got married in spring. So I decided on blue and pink as my colour, and brought in my baby pink with my flower girls dresses.
Our Marriage officer was Fr. Andrew Wyngaard, he delivered a very blessed service.

We planned everything ourselves, we had lots of help from family and friends that helped us coordinate the day which worked out perfect just as we planned it.
My husband sorted out the wedding transport, we has 3 white BMW's transporting us for the day.

SweyDesign designed and printed all our stationery for the wedding, from invitations to table numbers and seating
We had a few lessons before the wedding, but decided not to use what we learnt and to do our dance as we are natural dances.
