I will never forget the moment I walked into the Chapel and saw my husband to be standing in front.... I could't hold back the tears!
It was a windy day and the first rain for the winter pored down that evening.
The electricity went down as I walked into the Chapel and as we stood together in front of all our friends and family, we could here the wind and birds outside with only candles burning around us. It was then when we smiled at each other, knowing God is in control and with us.
It was a beautiful day! And to top it all off... my grandmothers birthday!
No we wanted to gi Dec 2017 but I found out 4 weeks after the wedding we are expecting!! What a blessing!
So the honeymoon had to wait fot another day!
My hair and Make-up was flawless! With an elegant up style done by Martie Olivier.
My hairpiece was a very old broach of my great grandmother, with vintage ear rings that was my mother's aunts.
I hired my dress from Richelles Wedding Dresses. Also an elegant style which was easy to move around in and very light! The color: Oyster
We got married at Montpellier de Tulbagh. A beautiful wine estate that takes your breath away!
Most of our guest stayed the night! Prices very affordable!
A lot of hard work in the GYM ! Hair growth Capsules and boosters! And treatments on myself (I am a beauty therapist)
The Thursday before the wedding I was spoiled by my 1 bridesmaid at a Spa with a half day package!
I went for minimum flowers, done by a family friend. The main flower was the white King Protea.
The rest was Chandeliers and a lot of Olive leaves and Ivy.The Cellar is so beautiful with wood tables that I did not want to spoil it with to much decor as it didn't need any.
Navy suits with burgundy from Suit Hire.
I ordered Burgundy dresses from Spree and my mother closed up the slit with Burgundy Chiffon. The furr scarves are from Woolworths.
