Chevaar and I met during our first year of college at UKZN. He then asked me out on an ice-cream date. I guess it all began then!
Our proposal was on June 25th 2016. All our family and friends were there to join us in that magical moment and the beginning of something special. Chevaar went down on one knee and asked 'Will you marry me?' I said Yes!
My wedding day was the most special day in my life thus far. It started with our photoshoot at Durban Botanical Gardens. It was so much of fun! We then proceeded to our wedding venue at Kendra Hall and were exploded with so much of love.
I will never forget when he put sindhoor on my head. One of the most important rituals and something that I was waiting for my entire life. Really .. I was! #littlegirlsdream
I went to 4 1/2 * Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani in Durban. We had such a beautiful honeymoon suite overlooking the ocean. We were welcomed with Champagne and a few snacks. We spent the last day at the Full Day Mangwanani Spa in Sibaya. #morechampagne
I was dressed in an absolutely beautiful and heavy dress. It was filled with beadwork from the bottom to the top. My make up was very natural. I wore the most beautiful sandle and handbag. My hair was in an upstyle with red roses all around and covered with my veil. I had on hair jewelry as well. I was adorned in mendhi.
I got married at Kendra Hall in Durban.
I went for various spa treatments leading up to my special day, making me feel relaxed and excited.
I had a beautiful temple theme with Ganeshas incorporated.
I had colour wash lighting as well as patterns and pyrotechnics.
The groom wore an Indian wedding suit.
My bridesmaids wore indian outfits depending on their own styles.

A beautiful designer! My cake had two layers with white fondant and roses coming all the way down. My cake topper was classic! I had a beautiful Indian couple. #mustsee

The sound and lighting was done by Magical Events. DJ Clint is higly commendable.
My MC was Alan Cherry from Lotus FM. Never a full moment with him! He was so much fun to work With!
