It was raining since the day before but at 10 'O clock the rain dissapear and a beautiful sunny day greet us. Although the grass was soaking wet we were able to take the most beautiful pics. Our photographer Lana from Dusty pics took the most incredibale pics and we had lots of fun. Late afternoon it was getting cold again but Le Souvenir was ready for that and we had 2 fire places burning and keep the venue hot inside.
The honeymoon was a big surpise until the end and was kept a secret. We went to Phuket and Phi Phi island. it was an unforgettable experience with my new husband.
My hair was done by Lize and make up by Irreplaceable beauty. My wedding dress was totally different from what i have got in mind but when i fit it at Bridal Manor i knew that is what i want i immediately fell in love with the dress. i wear some of my matric farewell jewellery.
Le Souvenir klerksdorp was our wedding venue. A very unique venue with the most beautiful flowers and garden that was part of the scenery. The chapel with a beautiful inside and atmosphere .
my decor and flowers were al done by Abrie from kamelin flowers in klerksdorp. Nothing was hired as he got everyhing that you can think of or he will get it.
Our local priest ds Cois Meiring was our marrige officer as we were both well known to him.
Dusty pics were responsible for the pictures. Lana calm us down and said nothing to be worried about ,you will have the most beautiful pics after the rain stopped and indeed weve got the nicest pics ever.
i did my own planning for my wedding with some help from my sisters and mom
Abrie from kamelia flowers and food also did the catering and he did an amazing job. The food was tasteful and very nice to look at. He defnitely help to make our day very special. The wedding cake was made by Susarie my sister in law and what a great job she did.
The party was amazing the DJ payed the music what he thinks and the crowd enjoyed it to much. At 2 '0 clock we decided now its time to go home and stop the music otherwise i think the guests would go through till breakfast
