My husband got his knee dusty on a cold & rainy day in April at Krone Wine Estate, after guiding me down candle lit steps into a beautiful old cellar. We spent the rest of the day huddling at the fireplace, drinking red wine, and watching the rain come down with the beautiful Tulbagh mountains set as the backdrop.
Our wedding was exactly a year later on a stunning sunny day, surrounded by the same Tulbagh mountains that we fell in love with. The day surpassed all my wishes and prayer requests. Waverley Hills catered to our exact needs and made our wedding, infamously categorized as a stressful event for a bride, only a pleasure. Also a great thanks of course to my wonderful and supportive husband, family, wedding party, PlainJaneDecor and KallahOhr Photography for all collaborating to make our dream day become a reality.
