We got married on the 18th of February 2017 on the beautiful Rhebokskloof Wine farm in Paarl.
It was a beautiful sunny day, not too hot as it normally is in February but the wind was hectic, my veil ripped out of my hair when i got out of the car, i just laughed. The build up was so special, sharing hair and make up and champagne with my mom and 2 best friends. It was so great spending the evening with guests we have not seen in such a long time. We were extremely nervous for our first dance, my husband actually downed his glass of champagne before we took to the floor. We were told it looked like we had been dancing together forever, which was not the case, we only practiced about twice :) Our decor was rustic-chic with amazing deep colors, deep red, deep pink, purple, green, white , gold. Our flowers were subtlety stunning, i was blown away. We decide on a buffet in order to cater to everyone's taste and to ensure no one goes home hungry. Our dance floor was full the entire evening, it really was the most special day and evening. I waited 8 years to marry the man of my dreams and it was worth the wait! Wedding panning was not always a breeze but in the end everything came together so beautifully, it was everything and more. LIEFDE WEN
