My choice on shoes was the easy part, Olive Green, though the jewelry was not that easy. It was so difficult to find something in the specific color that I wanted.
We got married just outside Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

It was the perfect fit, only because we liked the farm theme and rustic feeling.
There we not much guests who stayed over, but the ones who did, enjoyed it all.
We all know that flowers are so expensive. This time I was clever. I asked a friend to make flowers out of old books, with colors on the top of each petal. And it wasn't that expensive, and I can still use some of it in our home.
Renting the decor was at a stage nerve wrecking, the lady gave the manager of the lodge, shocking pink, and I said it should be a dusty pink. But all in good favor, I went to rental house and they exchanged it.
Hubby decided on something plain. They had white shirts, cream cheno's and brown shoes. And please don't forget the braces they had.
This part wasn't easy. I have 3 sisters and they were all bridesmaids. They changed their dresses 3 times, and they already bought it all. But they decided on dresses, dusty pink.
Their jewelry was made by a dear friend of mine.
My sisters friend, gave us the opportunity not to pay for the photographer. It was his present to us.
Christo and Nadia Kruger, from Meyerton in Gauteng, drove all the way for our day. The imagines was of such good quality that there is no need to edit the photos.
Who doesn't? Me and mommy did it all.
This was the easy part as well. My mother decided to make all our food herself and some friends helped. The wedding cake was ''biltong en droëwors'' - and was made by a butchery in town close to my work.
