Our wedding was traditional;For day one we had two religious ceremonies performed, the Baha’i and Christian ceremony for blessings. We later had Pedi dancers for entertainment.
The night before day two, the bride’s family was receiving gifts from the groom and slaughtering of the sheep to accept the Groom as part of the family.
The evening of day 2 makoti moved to the groom’s family and had sheep slaughtering to accept Makoti as part of the groom’s family. For day two entertainment,we had Cornelia choir, Villiers Jazz and Basotho dancers
Fot both days my wedding dresses were designed by shifting sands. I wanted a mixture of Shweshwe patterns and she delivered, My make up was done by Tshepiso Serote ( instagram @TshepiSerote) for both days.
We got married in Mamelodi ( Pretoria) and the next day we had a luncheon party at Cornelia ( Free State)
The décor was done by Tentwoxz(day1) the Blue and white shweshwe theme; and Tina’s catering services(day 2) on the red and orange shweshwe theme.

we had a couple of perfomances we had Pedi dancers for day one. We closed the wedding off with Prosperity Jazz featuring Lebo Sekhoto, they also provided the sound. We also had Basotho performance a group called 'Khutlo se metsu sa makeoane' and lastly we had Cornelia Choir
