Ha ha i would have to say the whole day was a memorable moment :)
Having the perfect weather was a real bonus , the evening before my wedding it was pouring and i was starting to worry i would have to swim down the aisle ;)
Highlights : Marrying the man i love...eventually ...and looking at the expression on his face as i came into the chapel.
Wearing the most gorgeous dress ever :)
Oh ! and our first dance was just perfect.....thanks to many afternoons practicing dance moves off You tube lol
Having our family and friends present with us during such a special occasion in our lives ..thumbs up!! :)
Not so much a honeymoon , lets rather say a family moon :) , as we had our one year old join us on our little break.
We went to Lake Naverone a beautiful place in the berg surrounded by nature , would most definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for some soul time :)
Wedding look...i went for a natural sort of look , elegant , sophisticated with a small hint of glam :)
hair and make up, was done by Alana from kiss n make-up ..i told her i wanted to look as natural as possible for both hair and make-up , she made me look beautiful with a small hint of glam..hence my bright red lips
hair was half up and half down with fine wavy curls .
My wedding dress i got from Bride n co , i went for a tight body fitting dress to show off my curves :)
Shoes are always an issue for me with my height , but i managed to find some beautiful flat shoes to wear under my dress.

My one year old keeps me healthy , fit and on my toes all the time....so no time for gym , i already have him keeping me busy 24/7...and i am naturally slim and trim anyway ;) wink wink
Honestly my life is so busy , so did not have much of a " me " time prior to my wedding.
I just relied on my natural beauty to shine through on the day
I wanted to try keep everything as simple as possible .
My colour scheme was red and white , have always loved red..its such a passionate colour...so guess my theme was christmas in October :)
Collisheen was very good and provided mostly everthing we needed , even the venue decor was done by them once i had decided exactly what i wanted....Fairy lights is always a must..
Flowers were done by Rowena from Buds in a ro , absolutely gorgeous red and white flower arrangements on each table with dainty tea lights around the flowers to add elegance..
My husband to be :) only had 2 groomsmen and they each wore there own suits.
The groom got his suite from bride&co with my help ofcoarse :) red and white to match me
I had 2 bridesmaids they each wore elegant red dresses to match my colour scheme.

The chapel and the reception were literally 5 or so steps away from each other , i got ready on the property in my own private room...so there was no need for fancy transport to the wedding :)....
My gorgeous wedding cake was made by my cousins wife , and oh so tasty !!
Collisheen estate prepared our three course meals for our guests...compliments to the chef :)

The party was oh so fabulous :) lots of funny and memorable moments , luckily we caught bits and pieces of the wedding on video...something to look forward to when i am 99 in the shade..lol
We cannot dance to save our lives , and we actually met by my husband to be trying to attempt to dance with me but instead jumped on my toe....but on our wedding day we pulled a show stopper , every dance move was perfect :) thanks to long hours practicing dance moves off You tube.
