For me, it has to be from the moment before walking down the aisle, the chapel door opened and we were able to see each other for the first time. It was incredibly intimate because that moment I knew all eyes were on us, My husband and I were officially on our way to starting our new lives together. After dating for fourteen years(High School Sweet Hearts), we finally got to see each other in wedding attire and it was the most amazing feeling.
We diddnt go on a honeymoon yet..but we take trips together pretty regularly. Mpumalanga;Magalies;Harties;Durban and Cape Town.

I got married at Anderland, its located on the bank of the Mooi River, 13km outside of Potchefstroom.
Small intimate guest list of 60 close friends and family. We experienced the true peace and tranquillity of the natural clear stream that flows through the extensive gardens, giant trees leading to ‘another country’.

It was the ideal romantic venue that made our wedding day truly memorable.
My Make up artist "beatsbymasdu34" put me on an apple cider vineger routine(every night) for 2 weeks before the wedding.
Teeth whitening 5 days before the wedding
Fasting(Spiritual reasons) for a week, about 2weeks before the wedding
Spa pampering with mom 2 days before the wedding
Everything about the Decor for Day 1 was based on my concept and had a personal touch either from trial and error or from pictures I found online. The table decor reflected my "gold lace and pearls" theme with tall centerpieces of candelabra with flowers on some tables and vases of blooms on other tables for a fresh look. We also went for real pearls and gold Tiffany chairs to add a wow factor.
The groom wore a classic white tuxedo with a black trim and a bow tie by designer Shower Lewis

My Mom and I planned the first two days of the 3 day Wedding(mostly my Mom lol) . Day 3 was more Cultural and was entirely planned by my Mother and Father inlaw.
We used our own cars...
The Food and Cake for Day 1 was prepared by The catering team from our venue; Anderland and was made by "Speciality Cakes" it was an elegant 3 tiered white cake with a touch of gold accessories. The cake was in our 3 favorite flavours:Red Velvet:Chocolate and Orange vanilla.
It was also enjoyed straight after the nuptials.
All Invitations where digital.
Save the date and final invitations were done by "decorbycolour"

Live performance by a popular gospel artist as well as a dj with a pre planned music compilation creating a romantic atmosphere as well as a party mood later during the reception.
