Our wedding was very elegant and the colours were white, creams and neutrals throughout. I used Lindsay Nixon Professional make up artists and they made us look like models for the day! Our hair and make up was gorgeous! My dress was a white boob tube style dress with beautiful hand made ruffles
I got married at the most beautiful venue in KZN- Camp Orchards
I am a fitness junkie so my usual training programme and all of the above other beauty regime treatments highlighted here!
Our decor was spectacular and beautiful and elegant! The photos don't do justice! We had beautiful cream coloured flowers and pomanders suspended in high tall water filled glass vases. These were placed on mirror topped runners on the beautiful bare wooden tables so elegant meets shabby chic country style was our theme and feel of our wedding. Our reception was held at the beautiful Camp Orchards wedding venue. The lighting was romantic and warm and we turned it into what looked like an enchanted underground night club for the party that followed!
The groom and groomsmen looked very smart and wore black suits with white shirts and a thin black tie. The suits were made by Shona's Wedding Collection.
My bridesmaids wore gorgeous nude/ neutral coloured floor length boob tube style dresses made of gorgeous satin covered with chiffon over. I have always loved this look and and was inspired by some of the work my uncle has done over the years of being in the wedding industry!

We got dressed and stayed at Camp Orchards for the night so no transport was required!
We used Jacqui Rey Caterers- most outstanding caterers in Durban!
I used Hillprint Wedding Stationery for our wedding stationery and they delivered exceptional quality stationery!
We used Dave Ward from Top Jocks as our DJ and Settings Function Hire for our lighting. My very best friends also played for cocktail hour to bring in a more personal element and as they are professional wedding and event singing artists, it was very romantic having them play background music while we had the photo shoot. We mixed things up and did our first dance as all guests arrived at the reception and followed immediately with everyone joining us on the dance floor for a quick and fun 5 minutes of dancing to very vibey party music before everyone sat down and we started the speeches. This really created such a fun vibe and high energy to kick off our reception!
