Biscuit Base

Ingredients
X2 packets/400g of Mantelli's ginger chocolate biscuits or Mantelli's choc oatie biscuits
150g melted butter

Recipe
Crush your biscuits into a fine crumb.
Once crushed, combine the biscuits and melted butter.
Spray a 30cm springform time with Cook & Spray and line the base with your biscuit mixture
Place in the fridge for one hour to firm up

Crockery
One large cheesecake: Le Creuset Pie Dish
Single portions: Le Creuset Ramekins

Filling

Ingredients
935g cream cheese
450ml cream
350g caster sugar
65ml maizena
3 large eggs
7ml vanilla essence

Beat all these ingredients together well and pour mixture into springform tin.
Bake for 45 minutes at 160'C remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Place in the fridge to set further and decorate as desired.
