Dark, Bold & Beautiful

We wanted to start off this edition of Looks We Love by sharing a little of our love for a moody bouquet. There's something so beautiful, elegant and unfussy in a healthy dose of romantic drama being added to your wedding day. So, why not let it appear in your bridal bouquet?

The arrangements below are just a glimpse into what we love about the dark, bold and beautiful bouquets.

Pretty in Pink

We could never leave out a pink bouquet as there's something so pretty and dainty about a bride carrying a stunning bouquet like in the photographs below.

Hold up! We just want to say, twist tradition a little and throw in a funky flair and maybe add ranunculus's to make the pink look even better!

Simply Simplistic

For the bride who's planning her minimalistic white wedding, theres something about an all white long stem tulip bouquet that has us in awe. It's classic, timeless and oh-so gorgeous to photograph!

And if you're sold on all white tulips but you're completely stuck as to what flowers your bridesmaid will carry, don't stress. Let them compliment your bouquet with stunning cascading calla lilies and even some baby's breath.

Canary Yellow

Alright, we know yellow isn't the best colour in the world when it comes to weddings. But we LOVE it! Think of walking down the aisle with a simple bouquet of long stemmed yellow roses. You'll look like a beautiful summer princess.

Don't let the colour yellow get you down, match it with a beautiful grey and you'll have your wedding decor covered. You might even wow all your guests with your bright and bold choice!

Green is Gold

Follow in Pantone's Colour of the Year and have your florist create an inspiring green bouquet for you or perhaps just your bridesmaids.

An all green bridal bouquet (or bridesmaids!) is the perfect opportunity for you to dream all about fantastic textures and wonderful scents. Think about including ranunculus stock, eucalyptus leaves, succulents and scabiosa pods.

Sometimes the more simplistic a bouquet is, the more beautiful it becomes.

The Purple Princess

Purple may seem like an odd colour for a wedding but its absolutely not (once you see the photos below!) The colour represents royalty, luxury and creativity. It's the perfect colour for any bride-to-be to have, why wouldn't you want to feel like a Princess on your wedding day?!

So dream ladies, dream of a bouquet filled with shades of lavender, plum, fuchsia and violet! Put all our favourites together (lilacs, hellebores, peonies, alliums) and you'll have the worlds most beautiful bouquet just in time to wrap up spring!
