Laborie Heritage Wine Estate

Laborie Heritage Wine Estate is a historic Cape Winelands wedding venue in Paarl, set beneath Paarl Mountain and surrounded by vineyards, gardens and centuries-old architecture.

Established in 1691, the estate gives couples the opportunity to host their wedding, accommodate their guests and celebrate across a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces without having to leave the property. Wedding settings range from vineyard and heritage-estate ceremony spaces to outdoor dining beneath the vines, intimate celebrations and larger receptions in the Champagne Cellar, which accommodates up to 150 guests.

With 31 luxury rooms and suites sleeping up to 62 guests, Laborie is particularly suited to couples wanting to turn their wedding into a full Winelands stay. In-house catering, bar facilities and an experienced Events Team allow the different parts of the celebration to be brought together around each couple’s plans.

Laborie was voted Best Wedding Venue in the Kfm Best of the Cape Awards in both 2025 and 2026, recognising the estate as one of the Western Cape’s leading wedding destinations.
